Insurance products and services are offered only where LuxeStone Insurance Advisors and the applicable licensed insurance professional hold the required license and carrier appointment. Coverage, product availability, eligibility, pricing and policy terms are determined by the issuing insurance carrier and are subject to underwriting, application and carrier acceptance. Nothing on this website creates, binds, amends or guarantees insurance coverage, and no statement here should be read as a promise of premium savings, coverage or claim outcome.

Coverage descriptions on this website are general summaries provided for orientation. They are not policy language and they do not modify any policy. Actual coverage is determined solely by the terms, conditions, limits, definitions and exclusions of the policy issued by the carrier. Where a description here differs from the policy, the policy controls.

Claims

LuxeStone Insurance Advisors is an insurance agency. It is not a public insurance adjuster and does not adjust claims, represent policyholders against insurers for a fee, or negotiate claim settlements. Claim decisions and coverage determinations are made by the issuing carrier. LuxeStone assists clients with reporting, documentation and follow-up through the carrier process.

Compensation

LuxeStone Insurance Advisors LLC is compensated through the applicable insurer and placement agreements on the policies it places and services. Those agreements may include commissions and, in some cases, contingent or supplemental compensation based on factors such as volume, retention or loss experience. Any additional compensation is disclosed when required. The ordinary insurance review associated with placement carries no separate consulting fee.

LuxeStone also offers construction operations consulting as a separate, paid service. Consulting is not insurance, is not a condition of any insurance review or placement, and does not include claim representation or public adjusting. Each consulting engagement follows a scope review and a written proposal stating the work, deliverables, timetable, fee and terms before paid work begins, consistent with applicable law. Fees are not published on this website. Existing written agreements remain governed by their own terms.

Employee benefit plans

Where LuxeStone assists with employee benefit programs, responsibility for plan sponsorship, plan document compliance, required notices and filings, and obligations under federal and state law remains with the employer as plan sponsor. Those obligations should be reviewed with qualified legal, tax and benefits counsel.
