How LuxeStone Uses the Information You Provide

This notice explains what LuxeStone Insurance Advisors collects through this website, why it is collected and how it is used. It applies to the forms on this site, not to information exchanged inside a client engagement.

What Is Collected

Only what the form in front of you asks for. A Business Risk Review request asks for a name, company name, email address, phone number, city and state, type of business, insurance renewal month and a short description of what prompted the inquiry. A resource request asks for a name, company name, email address and insurance renewal month. Alongside those answers, LuxeStone records which form was used, which resource was requested, the page the request came from and the date of submission, so a reply can reference the right conversation.

What Is Not Collected

The forms on this site do not ask for employee health information, medical history, beneficiary designations, Social Security numbers, dates of birth or payment details, and none of that information should be sent through them. Information of that kind is handled through the appropriate carrier or enrollment process during an engagement, never through a website form.

How the Information Is Used

To respond to the inquiry, to deliver a requested resource, to prepare for an initial conversation and to send related educational information about business insurance and risk topics. Your information is not sold. Automated messages are limited to an acknowledgement of the inquiry and delivery of the resource that was requested. Any email from LuxeStone can be stopped by replying with a request to be removed.

Who Else Handles It

Service providers operate parts of this website on LuxeStone's behalf: the hosting and form platform that receives submissions, the database that stores the resulting records, the email service that delivers a reply, and website analytics that count page views and form completions in aggregate. Each provider handles the information only to run the service it provides. Information may also be shared with an insurance carrier, wholesaler or professional adviser where that is necessary to answer a question or pursue coverage you have asked about, or where the law requires disclosure.

Security and Retention

Reasonable measures are used to protect the information submitted, including encrypted transmission and access controls at the platforms involved. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so no absolute guarantee is offered here. Inquiry records are kept for as long as they remain useful for follow-up and for as long as applicable insurance and business record requirements call for, and are then removed.

Your Choices

You may ask what has been recorded about you, ask for a correction, or ask for your information to be removed from LuxeStone's follow-up records. Requests can be sent to wendy@luxestoneinsadvisors.com or made by phone at 806-274-0382. Removing your information may end LuxeStone's ability to continue a pending inquiry.

Children

This website is directed to business owners and employers. It is not intended for use by children, and information about children is not knowingly collected.

Changes

This notice may be updated as the website or the services behind it change. The version published here is the current one.
